Alfa Moderno 2 Pizze 38" Anthracite Gray Natural Gas Pizza Oven

Discover 2 Pizze, the Moderno Line oven ideally suited for your backyard

Its compact size and ease of use make it ideal if you have little space on your balcony, terrace or in your garden, but want to enjoy cooking outdoors.

The 2 Pizze oven heats up quickly and is immediately ready, allowing you to make numerous recipes and giving you the pleasure of entertaining and surprising your closest friends with a pizza as good as in a pizzeria.

The stainless-steel vault and ceramic fiber insulation, combined with the refractory tile top, ensure high cooking performance and perfect results every time.

2 Pizze is available in a wood-fired or gas-fired version, but thanks to the practical Hybrid Kit, you can decide to cook with wood in the gas-fired model, choosing which fuel to use to best cook your recipes.

Italian design, materials and craftsmanship

Gas is the perfect solution for you if you love convenience and want to get flawless results with ease.

The preferred fuel for those who love authentic, genuine flavors. Ideal if you like cooking outdoors and want to give the longer cooking times all the fragrance of the wood.

If you’re the type who doesn’t make compromises, Alfa has created the Hybrid Kit for you, which lets you transform your gas oven into a wood-fired oven, letting you decide which fuel to use for your recipes.

Enabling you to make a pizza at home that’s as good as those at your favorite restaurant, Alfa researchers have developed the innovative Heat Genius™ technology whereby the toppings cook at one temperature and the dough at another, with the result that every pizza is always fragrant and well-baked.

This is because heat is released slowly from the refractory stone and evenly radiated through the curved walls of the oven.

This allows the toppings to cook faster, also releasing some of their moisture, and the dough becomes crispy without burning, thus achieving the perfect balance.

The 2 Pizze oven from the Moderno line is also equipped with innovative Alfa Heat Genius™ technology that gives you superior baking performance and reduced consumption, so you can bake a pizza as good as those in a pizzeria in your own backyard.

Making pizza has never been easier: prepare the dough, add your favorite toppings and the Heat Genius™ technology of ALFA ovens will bake it to perfection every time!

1 HeatKeeper™ refractory brick. Made entirely in Alfa’s factory in Italy, the Heat Keeper™ brick absorbs and stores heat much better than lava stone or the ceramic stone used in other domestic pizza ovens. Thanks to the HeatKeeper™ refractory brick, the floor of Alfa ovens cooks your pizzas quickly, making them crispy and perfectly soft.

2 DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® Insulation. This ceramic fiber is able to offer twice the heat resistance of the rock wool usually used in domestic pizza ovens. DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® ensures excellent temperature retention during baking, prevents the side surfaces from getting too hot and lets you bake pizzas that are always perfectly cooked.

3 Patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®. This particular system optimises the circulation of hot air inside the baking chamber so that the refractory brick is heated even more and your pizzas are baked better. ‘Around-and-down’ heat ensures that the oven always maintains the right temperature, perfectly cooking both the base and the toppings of your pizza.

What makes Alfa Heat Genius™ pizza ovens so high-performing?

Alfa’s 2 Pizze is a modern oven design that combines state-of-the-art technology with maximum user-friendliness.

Quality materials, attention to detail and innovation combined with the skills of Alfa’s craftsmen make using this oven a unique experience.

Although compact in size, 2 Pizze manages to bake a fragrant pizza, as well as tasty roasts, lasagnas, vegetables and bread in mere minutes.

Like all Alfa ovens, 2 Pizze is designed down to the smallest detail to offer high cooking performance, low consumption and maximum durability.
