The Bridge function joins two induction zones into one large area, enabling use of an induction-capable griddle, open roaster, or fish poacher

Cleaning is simple. The smooth, black ceramic glass surface resists scratching and staining, and wipes clean

The oven offers self-clean, delayed start, timed cook, and Sabbath features

The temperature probe alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature

The oven’s Wi-Fi enabled feature lets you remotely preheat, select modes, and adjust oven temperature from your mobile device

The range’s stainless steel construction and clean lines coordinate elegantly with a full suite of transitional style Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances

The Countles Advantages Of Induction Cooking

Getting a dish to turn out just-so requires responsive and accurate temperature control—from the gentlest simmers to the most powerful highs. Gaining popularity in professional and home kitchens alike, induction is ultra-efficient at transferring heat, with almost instantaneous temperature-adjustment response and boils water with amazing speed too.

Wolf’s state-of-the-art Dual VertiCross™ convection system is the key to reliable cooking and baking. It reduces hot and cold spots, enables consistent multi-rack cooking, and most importantly, develops remarkable flavor.

Whether it’s prime rib, lasagna, or double-crusted pie on the menu, Gourmet Mode prompts you with the proper rack position, sets the correct cooking mode, even adjusts temperature on its own. You just sit back and wait for a perfectly prepared dish.

Wolf offers an industry-leading full two-year warranty on appliances, along with a limited five-year warranty.

Built with premium-grade materials, Wolf products are designed to last a minimum of 20 years. Major components are subjected to extreme stress tests prior to going into the final design, and every major function is tested before shipping.
